I reckon that most of the people who read this will be in England. If you are, then get this, I'm writing this on a day that doesn't exist to you yet!

It's Thursday. 7am. We landed 24 hours ago. After a 26 hour journey.

The first flight from Heathrow to LA was ok. So much so, in fact that I thought this flying lark was ok. Turns out I was wrong. Although I did wait until 2 hours before we touched down in NZ to throw my guys up. Yuk.

We saw some pretty cool things while aboard though, our flight to LA took us slightly further East than planned so we had an amazing view of the Grand Canyon.

After landing in Auckland, we went to visit Gemma's nan and I ate half a piece of bread... And then we started our drive up to Whangarei. it took us nearly 3 hours or so as we did stop for fresh air and I sat on a bench which wasn't moving that was very strange after spending 24 hours on planes and a couple of hours in the car. Thankfully now my world has stopped moving while I am actually stationary and my balance has almost returned to normal!

The weather her is a little bit pants-it rained a lot yesterday although that didn't stop us from going to meet Ali and Lauren's mare Tessie and walking Monty the spaniel! I finally crashed into bed at about half passed 8 and after a very very food nights sleep, here I am!

Will blog again soon and will also try and take some photos as so far I have only taken 1!! Unfortunately, I can't upload photos I have taken onto here unless I'm using a computer so while I'm iPod-ing you'll have to make do with the images provided on here!
