On the advice of the wee chap in the lighthouse gift shop, I headed about 3 kms down the road and turned right onto a one way track. I followed it down until I reached the crest of a hill where I pulled into the side. Apparently this is one of the best spots to watch the sun set. I wound down my window to take a photograph of the view when I heard this loud rustling coming from the shrub to the immediate left of the car. I stopped what I was doing to try and see what it was, when all of a sudden a HUGE male red kangaroo poppped his head up and looked straight at me....
