We met Barry and Luke (2 aussies) on the taxi ride into Haat Rin that first night. Barry then proceeded to get insanely drunk and run-off, leaving poor Luke as sober as a stone and very concerned for his well-being. Gail and I launched a search party to find him, but we ended up losing Luke as well. Eventually he came back, but poor Barry was never to be seen again!
