Hey guys,
Canucks won the 1st 2 games of playoffs YAY!! Milo chants MURROWS, MURROWS, Just can't say Burrow's yet but he feels the love I'm sure! He cowers when we wave the white towels though, sorry kitty!
This blog is such a great idea... at first I worried about you being so plugged in but as I see your pictures and see how many pics I have that are on still disk or from the dark ages - actual pictures... that never made it into albums I realize how you'll be able to print this off and have an album when you return. GOOD JOB! and when I copy this tactic remember 'Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery'!!
Looks like you love birds are enjoying Paris, continue on!
We love you and miss,
xxoo

Milo is grounded for a week after spooking Cindy from under the bed. And the little b***** refuses to clean up his room, so the hell with taking him out for ice cream. He even offered to pay, but I'm not falling for that one.
Cindy, on the other hand, is such a pushover. He sure knows how to play HER like a fiddle.
Right now she's driving to the umpteenth video store, trying to find an available copy of Puss & Boots for His Highness to watch. She nearly broke down when he snubbed her first attempt, meowing to her something that sounded like "that's not the BlueRay version, b****! Get back on the road, and don't come back until you get it right!..... and pick up some more kibble and don't even THINK about the President's Choice generic stuff" (where did he get such brand awareness?)
Anyways, when she gets back I'll make her a cup of tea, and assure her that grandkids will be much easier to handle.
All silliness aside, it's wonderful to see what a great time you're having. keep being safe and enjoying your special time together.
God Bless, Fahj

What wonderful pictures! I love that you were able to take pictures of the art at the Louvre - for some reason I thought that wouldn't be permitted....The dogs and their master is my favourite (mmm, wonder why?). Your photography skills are wonderful. Is it possible to take a bad photo in Paris? I doubt it. When I go to view your video however I am told you haven't added any videos as of yet. I look forward to seeing it when you return. Take care of each other, slow the pace a little and enjoy all the city has to offer.

Please take care of yourselves, sometimes we (me) forget the vacation part and treat our travels like a job... take lots oftime to relax, don't want any more news of sore throats and feeling off!
Musee d'orsay my fave... and St. Chapelle stained glass that's the name I was trying to remember!
I love PARIS!!
Love you both
Kate
Thanks for the update!! It made us giggle and has made us miss him even more, and a tad bit jealous that he's giving you so much love!!! haha but very very glad to hear he's happy. If he's snuggling it must mean he's comfortable around you guys and in your home, so that's so much better than having to put him in a kennel. Thanks again for your help with him.
Just posted 2 new blog messages for yesterday and today, and a video which says it's updating and should be available to you soon. Having trouble uploading photos but will give it another shot before bed.
Hugs, Kate

Milo update to soothe your souls!
This morning:
I always let Mr. Milo out when I am home so this morning on my way down to make coffee I open the door, give him luvs and proceed downstairs.
When I take the coffee upstairs dad says, a furry face woke me up. haha.
We enjoyed our coffee by the sunny window, Milo walking between us requesting touches. I picked him up petting him and boy did he purr, he didn't leave me for awhile!! NICE! Bonding moment!
Then he squiggles away, I finish my coffee, shower, make the bed and as I fluff the final pillow YOW the 'not so wee' rascal grabs my feet with his oh so cute paw! I jump and yelp and dear old dad laughs!
So yes, in case you're wondering Milo's is doing just fine!
Luvva, luvva you both sooo much!

You poor guys, shucks!
I've never been able to equate how such a progressive, civilization... chic country never got the concept of a great mattress... a good nights sleep!
Possibly like their old buildings they think it adds character!?!?
Here's hoping your bodies mold around the springs and your ear plugs drown out the stair stompers!
God Bless!

Just woke up. 10am. Decided to let ourselves sleep past the alarm because

That is the most horrible, worst bed I have ever slept on. Thank god for Manaen's genius. 2 slats in the centre of the bed frame are broken in half, so no support and the mattress is a hundred years old and we were being attacked by springs. M found that a removeable shelf with legs from the bathroom vanity that happened to fit exactly under the bed to hold up the slats. We got in bed - MUCH more even but the springs were poking us and it was so frustrating. Another ingenius idea - I was like "Can we put an extra blanket or something under the sheet so it's comfier?" Manaen jumped out of bed and remembering that the couch is a pull out, opened it up and stole the thin padded mattress, which we put underneath the sheet, between us and the springs.
We were laughing so hard about it for like 10 minutes.
But now, this morning, not laughing. Bed was much better but still not easy to sleep in. We're used to a King. Hoxton had a queen, this is a double and the padding is two inches smaller around. Plus, the stairs in this building are hollow and echo whenever someone walks up or down.
All this equals a slow start this morning - off to explore later. xoxo

Nice to see you're having a great time. I enjoyed M's car count- what? no Ford Edges? (piece of crap country- they'll never last)
Anyhoo, off you go to Pareeeee! have a magnifique time. Minor warning: they have a different word for EVERYTHING, over there, even everything (toute de chose, I think)
