Budapest is pretty cool, it's got a lot of potential to be something more, it just seems a little run down. Last night us girls went across the river into Buda and drunk champagne in a really cool bar by the river while the boys stayed in Pest drinking beer and eating pizza. The city looks pretty cool lit up at night. Today we walked towards the Szechenyi baths, which is the largest natural spring baths in Europe. They were really cool! Confusing to get around ...

It's 9.30, we're an hour and a half away from Budapest. The rides been long, but surprisingly no where near as bad as Air Asia's plane trip. The only hiccup was Ellie being abused by some senile old Romanian woman haha I hope we don't have too much difficulties with the language barrier, because at least I can recognize quite a few words in French, but hungarian's totally different!

After our (very) quick trip through Germany, we headed back to France and into Strasbourg, a city right on the Germany boarder. The city was very beautiful like all of the French cities so far, and is part of the alsace region (known for their pastries!!) and surrounded by a river that weaves around it and through it. One of the best things to see is the Nortre Dame cathedral, which we got to check out inside which was pretty awesome! On the first night there...

Can't say this has been the best day of our trip.. We've been trying to book accommodation for Munich the last couple of nights but were un successful, but figured that you can't book a whole city out, so we travelled there today only to find that, yes, you actually can book a city out, and everything within a 1 hour radius as well!! There's some trade fair on this week? I still don't understand how that can book the whole place out! But here we are in a hotel on...

Switzerland is a very beautiful place. Expensive, and not much to do at night, but really pretty. We travelled to Interlaken, a town just out of lauterbrunnen where we had booked accommodation earlier. Little did we know, we had booked with the mother of all cat ladies (or la chat ladies as they call them in france).
