I have had great time so far visiting my people in Denver. Last night I had a slumber party with my girlfriend Penny. We talked, laughed, played cards and stayed up way too late. Today I made the short trip from Colorado Springs to my grandparents house in Denver. This afternoon we had a pleasant time catching up and talking. My journey today was nothing but smiles. I had a short drive through Kansas into Colorado and man was I beaming. I love it here. I'm in the springs staying with my sister Brooke her husband Kevin. And most important my little Veronica. It has been a great day with lot of snuggling and catching up. Kevin was a stellar husband and gave Brooke the day off. I've arrived in Kansas and I don't see why Dorothy was so eager to return. It was a long long drive with out much scenery except for all of Vernon's relatives splattered on my windshield. I was originally going to stay the night in Salina, KS but it must be so small I didn't even know I passed it. So I pushed on to Hays, KS.
