Hi guys, sorry I've not left a message sooner, been super busy. Started a new job as a teaching assistant at Richmond first school (Sally's mum is the head! Sally's got 1 more year of her degree in architecture left, she's doing really well apparently!) My plan is to do this for a year and then hopefully train to be a primary school teacher. Me and Mark split up, don't worry, it was for the best. We're still friends, we just kind of grew apart. I've been seeing a bloke called Phillip (Nicknamed Freddie as he looks a bit like Freddie Lumberg) Nothing serious, just a bit of fun! Looked at your photos and postcards, looks like you're having a wicked time, I'm really pleased for you! Had all my hair cut off, it's now shoulder length and less blonde! I'm God mother to 4 of my friends kids, they're lovely and have me wrapped round their little fingers, love to spoil them, they're great, aged 1,2,3 and 6. Carly got a 2:2 and Jade got a 2:1 in their degrees. Yes, back in contact with Jade, she's fine, just like the old Jade. Anyway gotta go get ready to go back to school tomorrow after a crazy (quite drunken most of the time!) 6 weeks off, ha ha! Carry on the fun, be safe and hope to hear from you soon! Jojo -x-

Hi all thankyou for all the messages... sorry we have not written for a while have been very busy doing nothing... we have spent 6 hours on a boat to Lombok. Then we stayed in a place called Sengeggi not much there apart from a nice beach and a few bars, so we got on a bamboo outrigger boat to the gili's. The boat you have to wade out to your knees with your luggage. not the easiest of things to do when your kats height. We stayed for two nights on gili air second smallest island of the three also know as fisherman island. It was very nice as no traffic as there is NO CARS OR BIKES just horse and cart. we stayed in a place that was made out of bamboo and with rattan style walls made out bamboo and we had to sleep in mozi net with a outside bathroom. we tried snorkelling the first day but very low water and not much to see. Over dinner while sat on a wooden platform with cushions looking out to sea we spoke to my new mate Agus who would not leave me alone but he was funny. We went on a snorklling trip with his mates company to the next day. We saw huge green turtles and lots of different likle fish around all three islands. It has been one of the most amazing things we have done yet. Defineately want to go back apart from washing and brushing your teeth in weak satly water. We then desided that we would head back to Bali to go to Ubud as we would have to see alot of Lombok by bus between the ferry ports. We arrived in Ubud yesterday, and have already gone to see many greedy monkeys in the monkey forest. Kat tended to throw the bananas at the monkeys if they came within 10 miles of her, Steven upset one and it came running after him with all his very sharp teeth on show.. will keep you posted on more events.

So much news to tell you! I am engaged! After 5 and a bit years, the Monkey asked. I'm over the moon and you are not allowed to go travelling in 2007 as you have to be there! We have just got back from Rome and it was fab. You look death in the face every time you cross the road and we made a mistake of getting in a taxi! Forget Alton Towers, go to Rome for a taxi ride- very scary! I am however a little worried as Fi's has reminded me that I go back to school in one week. Fi- fancy doing more displays? I have 5 lovely boards that need filling! Do you do planning too? Anyway, I am off, we move on 5th September! Life is hectic! Miss you both, Callie

Well how is Lombok. I remember the boat trip well but it was worth the trip. Have you made the Gillis yet. I remember the beautiful beach, the bar and yes the fresh pineapples. Dad has found a rose bush called Tess of the Durbavilles so that is what he is going to plant in the garden. We spent the weekend digging the flower bed and actually planting a few things.Weather here has been quite good this weekend which is amazing seeing that it is a Bank Holiday. Well enjoy the Gillis and keep the photos coming, they are really great. Will write again soon, back to work tomorrow. All our love Mum, Dad and Pen.

First time I have had a chance to post a message since we got back from hols. Had a great time particularly the trip down through France and the great new brigce at Millau, its spectactular. All the usual guys at the nightly petanque, lots of swimming and generally lounging around eating & drinking so nothing new there then. Barchetta went great.
Had a bit of a wander on the way down and to statt of a hiliday in the best possible way I broke a tooth on a soft roll at lunch on the first day of the trip down. The weather was great.
So I suppose you enjoyed Fat Yogi's is the coffe still the same, great taste but you need to strain it through your teeth.
Mum said that you had moved on to Lombok. I hope you manage to get out to the Gilles its so great snorkelling off that beach next to that bar in Gille Meno.
Has much changed in Kuta, apart from Wendy's closing down?
Sorry to have to give you the bad news last weekend Kate but you said you wanted to know. Penny is a bit quiet and still spends most of her time laying down but tends to follow us around at the moment.

Hello you two - so still having fun eh - love the piccies esp my new house!!! reckon i'm going to go claim it once i have finished here!!! ;-) Happy Belated B'day Steve hope you had a good one and enjoyed your MASSIVE birthday burger at the Hard Rock Cafe!!!! So how is Lombok and the Gilis? Try not to eat as many pineapples as Mum did when we were there (two my foot Mum - more like forty-two!!!). Am getting very excited as am off to Costa Rica on Saturday so will prob not write for a while but will write loads when i get back promise. Take care of each other til then!!

Hey guys, In Lombok at the moment and off to the gili's islands tomorrow!!! We had a hell of a journey getting here a rough 6 hour boat journey when Kat has a cold was not ideal!!! She is blaming tinks entirely for not keeping his germs to himself!!!! Anyway only a two hour crossing by boat and then onto our own paradise islands!!! Now Mr Chris an fi we were wondering where you had got too bout time that fiona did her own work what is she going to do without us ther to cut stick and paste!!!
