On Thursday 21th of June, I left Asker and Norway, to visit Gottfriedt. Namibia would be my home for the next four weeks. I couldn't wait to see Gottfriedt, meet the nice Namibian people again, travel around the country and of course see their beautiful nature and wildlife that I had longed to see. On my way to Windhoek, I landed in Frankfurt and my next plane to Windhoek was leaving in the evening. Since I had a few hours to kill, I decided to take the train in to the city centre of Frankfurt, to explore the city a bit. It was a nice city, mixing the old and the new. A modern mall was the first that caught my eye. On the top of the roof, there was a viewing point where I could look out over the city. There I could see beautiful buildings, an old cathedral, hectic streets and modern constructions. The sun was shining, the streets were filled with people and I was on my way to Africa!
