haha, yeah, the balemia diet is all the news craze over here! haha, just jokes...walking walking walking....plus when you see the price of the restaurants, you'll see why its better to go the home-cook healthier option and save the restaurants for special occasions! (We'd rather spend our $ on travel than restaurant foodin zurich) Oooh, and i've joined a really cool gym here too! They have massage available, saunas, free energy drinks etc, loads of different fitness programs, kickboxing Tia(!) and even LES MILLS programs! Yayay!!! Body attack is mostly in english but a it in german...the music is soooo funny! hahahaa
