Haggis, neaps, and tatties
Neaps are mashed up turnips. Tatties are mashed potatoes. Haggis is sheep's heart, liver and lungs minced with onion, oatmeal, spices and salt and boiled in the animal's stomach for approximately three hours. Needless to say, I didn't eat any of it. This is a traditional Scottish dish and they serve it everywhere.
