Cycled along coast this morning lovely views went past Cap Baie for around 5 miles. Stopped at a view point along the way and for coffee on way back 2 coffees around £1 50. Latte in hotel over £3! This afternoon read on sunbeds then went to get glass bottomed boat. 2 mins in poured with rain had to return soaked in rain and seawater such is life. Played tennis for 1 1/2 hrs 1 set all final score really enjoyed it! Excellent courts. Dinner in Cyan on the beach excellent again. Decided against going to Cavendish Bill watched Wales win in Euro 2016!

Lovely day lovely hotel. Sitting around one of the pools having a latte. Still have a cough but generally feeling much better after full nights sleep. All fine at home except for Brexit which has been a dreadful shock
