Much deserved rest day! When I woke up I met Felix, from Germany, who was staying in the room next to me. Super cool dude! We walked up to the market and enjoyed some local street food, tostadas contoro! Loaded tortillas! Yum yum! After we grabbed a delicioso cafè, then we relaxed in our hammocks outside out rooms. I played my guitar and he his harmonica! My first jam session...... Kinda..hah!

San Marcos Today the girls and I took a boat San Marcos across the lake. We explored the Eco park, went for swims and I jumped of the 7 metre platform a few times, super fun! We climbed the big hill for awesome pics even though I had to push those girls up the hill! We had a great day! I go to listen to ALOT of Spanish t help me out! Haha, it was a super great day I'll never forget!

Chichi market and Super Bowl Sunday! Abdul, Elita and I decided to all go to the Chichicastenango market, the biggest market in Central America!!! 4 hour round trip from San Pedro! Santa Clara zip line!!!! Woo hoo! Abdul and I both decided to sign up for the Santa Clara zip line and when we got picked up that morning we met Elita from Kentucky. Who turned out was extremely afraid of heights..... Needless to say she needed a little encouragement before she did the first zip!!! it was a beautiful day not a cloud in the sky and we could see all four volcanoes.
