Crazy Belen market and Amazon golfing! In the morning I headed to the Belen market which was one of the most unique and markets I've ever been to in my life! Bad day...... Damn thieves..... :( Life goes on.... Live and learn..... Arrived in a Iquitos with no problems at all on the boat, I got it tuk-tuk ride to my a hostel, left my bag on unattended for less than a minute but that's all it takes! The driver had stolen my camera, but I did not find out until many hours later...... :( I went for a walk about around Iquitos and there was a giant political rally in one of the main squares, thousands and thousand...

Slow boat day 3 I would have never guessed how many small villages they are all along the Amazon River, there must've been hundreds of them!

Slow boat day 2 The slow boat life of the Amazon is pretty much how you would expect it, super lazy! Lying in your hammock reading your book, taking a nap, take some photos, and eating some food. Repeat. Surprisingly the food on the boat was quite delicious. The only problem is that it was all served on Styrofoam plates with plastic forks and everybody just threw them in the river when they were finished..... Sad.
