Boarded a local bus called Collectivo for £2 to Playa De Carmen. All three of our perception of Playa is it's a quite place with a nice beach. When we arrived, it shocked us. There was this huge strip full of really cool restaurants, bars and shops. Was not expecting that at all because during the day it seemed nothing was going on. However, as soon as it got dark, the whole town woke up! Only stayed one night as it was more of a stop over to get to Tulum. Playa de Carmen is touristy for family's with all the high end shops. I managed to find a shop to buy some GoPro accessories for my camera. Didn't do a great deal here other than chill at the beach and look around the shops.
