Well, it's FRIDAY here! I'm getting ready to head for work... Something you only have a vague remembrance of having to do! lolol... The clock is ticking... vacation almost over... major bummer for you! But I'm glad you've had such a great time and I hope these last days will be a lot of fun and give you lots more good memories and stories to share... Pictures too. I miss you and your grumbling little butt! :-)

laura, thanks for EVERYTHING....and you got to do some great traveling when you were younger you know ;) that reminds me i met a girl from "east" berlin the other day...really cool to talk to her about the wall and all that we saw when we went there......dont worry money is still a problem but hey you only live once and im getting too old to do this!! lol
you are right the last couple weeks seemed to pass alot faster the the earlier ones but i will do everything i can to make the most of whats left! that i promise.... im off to mission beach tomorrow for one night then on to cairns , the last stop of the bus part ..ill stay there a week or so, they have several different places you can take 1 or 2 day trips to from there and maybe relax some, not like i have not done a ton of that so far! lol ...then back to sydney on the 15th a couple days to prepare for that horrid trip back home, 14 hour flight, 9 hour layover, 5 hour flight, 2 hour layover2.5 hour flight and then the 1.5 hour drive/ride home from greensboro..that is goona suck to say the least! ...thanks again, tell mark, sarah and trerry hey for me :) .....scott & jeannie...i am soo happy to hear about the renovations starting...i cannot wait to get back and point out where i want my bar stool :D...you know i need optimum viewing points!! lol ...well i am broke now so i may be washing dishes/whatever it takes at your place when i do get back...save a spot for me! :) ....i hope to get some pics posted in the next few days so keep checking back.... everyone stay safe and ill talk to you soon!

John -- It sounds like you are having a blast. I always wished I had done something like this but could never find the time (oh ... money was a problem too). Enjoy your last two weeks it will go by faster than you ever thought and you will be back with the rest of in Exciting NC. We will see you when you get back home. Love ya.

Glad you're having such a blast. We started renovations on our biulding this week, so just in case you come home broke you know where you can find work...lol....The bar should be open around the first of May providing we have no more delays. God knows we've gone through pure hell to get this far. We have some stories for you when you get back. We'll keep your stool at cabo warm for you this weekend and look forward to you getting back!!!

hey there kerry! ...glad you looked and enjoyed the pics....i am no photographer by any means!lol but i had fun taking them :) and the trip has been great...and i wish i did have a sheila story..or at least one with good things about it to tell! lol but hey im having a blast anyway! ...talk to you soon ;).. a.j. well i had to get everyones attention somehow! this way i get something great out it even if i did not get anyones attention!! lol...and no need to apologize..i know how "fat boy" is ..i look forward to his message! lol...im sure you have your hands full and i really appreciate the message....we will catch up soon when i get home....susan...glad you like the pics..the sunsets have been great..im glad i got that one to come out ok and i hope it keeps you warm :) ... i laughed out loud when i read the 5 oclock thing..i miss everyone there too....ill stop by when i get home! thats a promise! ..april & jeannie..you better get a move on...i can only wait in one place for so long! lol ...and i will enjoy getting home for sure..be nice to have my own place to myself instead of sharing a room and bathroom with a ton of other people! lol ..take care and ill talk to you guys very soon....kevin..thanks for the message...and the diving would be right up your alley...here at magnetic island there is a wreck dive they do that is supposed to be one of the top 6 in the world...you would love it im sure...better make those plans and get moving over here to see it! lol..elvis wasnt a shark...cant remember what he was but the dive master took that pic of him on a previous dive..he comes up to all the boats and says hello all the time :) really cool! ...elizabeth....glad to hear you made it home safe and sound ...the brits i have met have been pretty nice, well most have!! lol ..on my boat trip there were 22 people including the crew and 17 of them were from england..then me and a swedish couple ..i was wayyyyy out numbered! lol but it was all good :) ..i did not make it to the open but of course it was on every tv in every bar i went to ...they were all pulling for hewit thats for sure...lol..ill be flying home on the 18th..get there on the 19th of feb...not much longer so ill be in town when you visit..we will have to get together you still have to see my condo anyway!:) ...awwwww marshall...i say it everytime but i cant help it ..i MISS him...and i dont think he has door troubles as much as he just does not want to come in ..i think he prolly likes the back yard freedom :) .... love you too..talk to you soon..... ok...headed back to townsville for a night then on to mission beach, dont know what i will do there, prolly sit on my but and relax..i've gotten good at that! lol then to cairns after that ....i feel like my trip is almost over even though i have almost 2 weeks left...thanks to everyone again.... and ill check back in a day or so and maybe have some more pictures posted then too....

Hey John! O.k., I finally got to looks at your pictures, and I am so envious! Your trip looks like it has been out of this world, or at least out of this hemisphere. I'm really happy for you, and look forward to hearing all about it when you come back. By the way, do you have good sheila stories?

John, It's a shame you had to go half way around the world for us to catch up. I appoloize in advance that I gave my dad this site as well. You'll probably get a message to "skippy" although he is definitrly not "fat boy" any more. I look forward to keeping up with your trip as I live vicariously through you while I give baths and put little ones to bed.

HeyJohn! I really have enjoyed following your progess on your trip of a lifetime! The pictures are absolutely awesome!! I set your Whitsundays sunset picture on my desk top so I can enjoy it all the time. The boat trip looked like alot o'fun for sure. Hey, the Tropic of Capricorn pic is not cheesy, but then I thought it was a big deal when I crossed the Tropic of Cancer. lol Hey, we miss you here, well, at least I do, no one says, "Is it five o'clock yet?" Man, I really miss that, especially at 8:15 in the morning! lol I hope you continue to enjoy you trip to the max! Be safe, and if you can make yourself do it, (I know it will be hard), come back to see us soon!

Hi Darling John! - I'm back from England and of course, had a fantastic time. If I could earn a living there,
I would be living there. I do love the Brits.....but that's another day. Were you able to go to the
Austrailian Tennis Open? I just saw parts of it, but Andy Roderick is from Boca. He lost though.
I don't remember, but when are you returning? Karen said that Marshall is just a hoot and has a little
trouble going in and out of the back door. He misses his Dad.

I am probably coming up over President's weekend which I believe is around the 21st of Feb. Will you be
back by then? Glad you are having a wonderful time.
