We passed the next few signs on the way to get some hot pot. They were closed unfortunately but we will be back when they are open! (Hot pot is very traditional in China. There is a pot of hot broth (boiling) on the table and you pick your meat and veggies and then you dip them into the broth with your chop sticks and it cooks. Most restuarants serve dishes family style, this being no exception. We haven't tried it yet since we have been here but I read several reviews of different hot pot places and this one looked tasty. Also it wasn't a spicey place which is good for the kids. Although I must say the new spice is growing on me. Maggi and Kristin would have a very difficult time living here with this spice.
