Evening in Kowloon We had dinner in a nice restaurant this evening before visiting the Temple Street night markets. The light rain seemed to reduce both the crowds and the stall holders. We didn't end up buying anything apart from an umbrella, fairly typical Asian markets so not really anything we haven't seen before.

Markets We visited a number of the uniquely Hong Kong market streets today including the gold fish market, bird market and flower market. I've created a photo album of some of the wares for sale.

Novotel Nathan Road Checked into our hotel. Very nice and well situated.

Flight To Hong Kong Fairly uneventful flight, but who eats dinner at 2.00am? The journey was pleasant with a good class of travellers. With the weight loss we both found the seats less restrictive but I did note the lack of seat padding without my extra 'padding' resulting an uncomfortable ride. Extra cushion required for the remainder of the flights! The arrival, processing through customs and the train from the airport all went smoothly.
