After many months of planning, the day started at 8am with setting up the field with a covered bandstand and a number of stalls ready for the individual and massed band items which took place between 1pm until the closing ceremony at 6pm. There were four bands - Woodbridge Excelsior, Wrentham Band, Leiston Middle School, and the Leiston Royal British Legion Band.
