Ok, I have already written this blog once and lost it so can´t guarantee to be as witty and intelligent the second time round!!! The weather took a turn for the better yesterday and we had the hot weather that you might expect from the equator. However just when i´ve got my flip flops on a massive storm has started! It is v impressive thunder and lightening but i have left my raincoat back at the house... oh no!!!! When the sun is out it is unbelievable hot.....

Hello everyone! I´m now in S AMerica so i guess my adventure has started!! I arrived at 9am on sunday morning after flying for about 24 hours! My flights went from Heathrow - Amsterdam - Bonnaire - Guaygil - Quito, so in total i took off and landed 4 times and my baggage made it all the way with me. The landing in Quito was a bit scary. There is a v short runway and the planes come in over the top of the Andes right over the city at a pretty steep angle. App...

Hello! Welcome to my blog..... So as you all know I'm off on a trip to S America. I've taken the week off work and fly out of Heathrow to Quito on Saturday. This week my main plan is to try and squeeze everything i might need into my rucksack - the pile of stuff to take is definitely bigger than the bag!!! Anyway, I'll leave writing this blog until i have somehting to write about... much as I love my sofa, it is not v exciting!
