Hello again,
I've just been reading other messages, a bit nosey I know, but it's a bit of a reunion for me tonight.
Sorry to chat amongst ourselves again, but really Rachel! I will be very 'caelful' next time.....
Anyway, it's late and I can feel a sum coming on!

Hello there,
Sorry I haven't written for a couple of weeks. This is because I'm in the middle if a mini world tour of my own.
As you know, Preston was the first leg. The locals were quite nice and I stayed with a couple called nanny and papa. I also met Rachel, Michael and Maggie too, who were very friendly. I did speak to David, but rather early in the morning. Anyway, this is a good place to end your world tour, especially to enjoy the local customs of beer drinking and fruit machine playing.
Last weekend I went to a wedding in Slovakia. We got a flight to Poland and then went in a mini bus to Slovakia. Here, the beer is 10% so we all discovered how good the birdie song really is to dance to. Beer is rather a tradition over there too, so I didn't want to disrespect anybody and took part. But it's very nice and definitely a place for your tour...... Get in touch for details.
I saw some of the floods in London... The whole floor I was working on was leaking. Worrying, because this was the second of a four-floor building. But all was well after a while.
Well, I hope you have a good time in Sydney. Did you know that the Tyne Bridge in Newcastle was the forerunner of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. I was told that Newcastle was the practice run, but may have to do more research...
I'm going to Portugal for a couple of weeks tomorrow, but will get to internettos there.
Have a good time. Look out for Darlinghurst, I know someone who lived there once.
By the way! Well done Simon... That must make me pretty good at golf too as I am probably about your standard. At least the time I played....
Speak soon... Keep away from Kings Cross!

Hi David and Jo
Thought you may wish to know I retained the golf shield we play for now three on the bounce. But I nearly won the Lullingstone Open on saturday, I was leading when I left the course but got beat by one shot!! So got my handicap cut and won nothing!!
We missed all the floods but don't know if you heard about them! On firday about 15 tube stations where flooded! but the worst area was north east of london towards the midlands.
So whats new with you two? Where are you going next?
Any way take care
Love Dad and Orsi

I get the impression you saw the odd Kangaroo or 2? I think you could have taken a few more pictures of them to give us a better impression!
Are you in Sydney yet? I loved Sydney, I thought it was a beautiful city. The opera house is smaller than I thought it was though.
The sums are easier again now so perhaps Stephen may be able to post another message! Maybe he is just feeling a little sensitive having realised his spelling isn't up to scratch.
Lots of love Rachel, Michael and the Magster x
Simon

See you had the same surprise we did when we visited Surfer's but glad to see you still thought it was cool. Nothing changes here as 'H'is now in hospital so the visiting is getting even harder to organise still it;s something for you to look forward to when I start to degrade. We are off to Troutbeck for a week in a cottage so won't see your blogs for a week and we are not intending setting a web site up.
Simon&orsi
sorry love simon & orsi
