Oppsss..... sorry we've not written in ages. The car only had a CD player so we couldn't plug in the MP3 players so after a few weeks with ONE CD and no radio (aerial broke off) we treated ourselves to a two more cheap CD's. Heaven! We left Auckland and once on the plane there was an announcement saying we would have to briefly land in Brisbane. It had something to do with fuel and the Army. We're not actual in NZ any more as we flew to Oz on the 24th. Just to let you know our final mileage in the banger was 6500km. One break isn't really that bad after that amount of up hills and bends. A round up of Auckland was that it was ... wet! Bye NZ!

Evening everybody, We left Queenstown and headed back up and out to the West Coast via Haast to Fox Glacier. Whilst there we did a nice walk around a lake (but we;ve forgotten it's name). Then we did a 'Heli-Hike'!! This was amazing. It involved a small flight in a Helicopter up to the middle of the Fox Glacier. Here we landed on the ice, put on crampons and went to explore.
