Refelction on my travels as i sit in Kaikoura backpackers hostel reminds me that i have not really had chance to stop and really comment in my journal.
Having spent the best part of a week in Queenstowns i could finally understand how you can travel and spend months in each location.
On our first day, the bus had stopped at the site of the original bungy "the Bridge". As we arrived i was in the 2 minds as to whether i should and more importantly could actually allow myself to jump! i spent the best part of our time there trying to make up my mind yes/no. As everyonehad done or was about to do their jumps i knew i had to make my mind up fast as the bus had to leave shorlty. Ifinally edged towars the counter and attempted to sign up. Unfortunately there was a 40 min wait so i had missed my opportunity that day. The following night i was talking with Dan Austin who had already doen the Nevis, the largest bungy... After seeing a few peoples dvds at the bar i thought it had to be my ultimate challenge, as it is completely mental (litterally).
I will be putting my dvd on the net incase anybody want to see it next month.
After completeing the thrilogy i felt like i had accomplished something. Maybe it was a sense of completion eitherway i was very much exhilerated!
