RFA says Glos lost, narrowly he thinks. The Cheltenham College scrum half(?) got on for the 2nd half. So, we mummies not the only ones missing you! Stroud Boys may have left a dent in the Glos rugby armoury just to go on holiday in the sun! Xx

Don't worry, waking me up at 1.00am while I am away on netball tour with 9 girls in the ONLY PART OF THE FLIPPIN COUNTRY WITHOUT SNOW. Was fine as it was GREAT to hear your voice, even 'tho I am thoroughly jealous. Sorry to hear NY so cold, but pleased you left your coat behind cos it keeps me warm when I'm walking Stanley. What's wrong with your tyres, you mongoose? I was more concerned with the starving petrol, which sends the car from the brink of stalling to top speed (30mph) and the fact that you appear to be pointing it forwards but are, in fact, going sideways ....Girls on tour were cool ~ took 2 scalps (Harrogate unbeaten for 3 years and North Champions: Sedbergh unbeaten for 2). Mansion we stayed in cooked us breakfast and had own bathrooms ~ now that's what I call REAL parents! Cost the girls approx. £22 for everything, including tour tops for 4 days!! Got home to just spinach in the fridge, so now understand your sister's comment.....How did Glos get on without you 3?Will ask RFA& let you know. Go carefully with that car ~ 19 yo are frightening enough without the thought of 16yo NZ & PLEASE get insurance, Gem will pay. Will check daily at the pub to see if they are missing you..... Will keep this pay packet for the weeks of rent you owe. Lossa luv to all of you and continue to enjoy but DON'T fall in love with any NZers! Mumx

Good news about the car - hope you are driving it carefully. James don't forget it needs cleaning occasionally!!! Rugby today not inspiring, NZ best place to be as England & Scotland both won but only 1 try between both teams. Try and catch a super 14 game soon love dad

Morning all! Missed the messages yesterday as no work! Well, if the boss rings you and says 'Don't go in..' it would be rude to disobey, wouldn't it?!! Sadly, not much snow left by the end of the day, but the good news is - it's started again and looking good! Landed on my bum halfway up the carpark when I got to work today but luckily nobody saw me so my dignity is intact. Very slippy, ice lurking under the fresh snow.
Glad you've all arrived safely and sounds like you have good weather - would rather have the snow though so not envious in the least! Good luck with sorting out all your arrangements and finding a car etc. GM xxx

Hi everyone,
So pleased to hear that you arrived safely and are enjoying life on the other side of the World. It's snowing here again this morning and very picturesque but there's ice beneath the snow and some roads will be treacherous. It's also a relief to know that your bank accounts do exist! Just don't go spending it all!!!
Lots of love xxxx
Mum And Dad
Hi James, Pleased to hear you've all arrived safely in Auckland. Hoped it all worked out OK getting to Deborah's before they left for work. How's Lucy and Sam? Good to hear you've all warmed up a bit! Snow in Gloucestershire yesterday - took advantage of it and Dad, Charlie and Rose stayed at home. Went sledging up at Selsley, snowman in the garden, snowball fights, the full works! Say hell to Ross and Deborah from us. Have a good time in Auckland. Lots of love from us all.

Hi Boys,
I'm writing this as you fly to Auckland and I hope you've had a trouble-free journey so far. It's been snowing here and most of the schools were closed today. Chris missed having someone to throw snowballs at first thing but he's been down with Daniel et al all day since. I've just got back from work as Uplands was one of only a handful of schools that didn't close. The children were highly excited!!
We're all thinking of you, wishing you well and looking forward to hearing from Auckland. xxx
