Well, sorry to say, but yes, Will used to have (until yesterday afternoon when I binned it + price tag of £5.45p) a not very nice red skirt and jacket for when he had to dress as an air stewardess on the way back from an Old Pats match ~ initiation of some kind ~ lethal and not mother friendly at all. However, good news: he didn't have to wear it for long. Bad news: because he was drunk and naked (along with the rest of the coach) within half an hour ~ ahhh rugby, do I miss it? But then, just been informed that holding croc then snake was great, but you could earn a free can of coke if you let the snake bite you ... which it did (lack of funds over the w'end?) .......Oh, and yes again ~ I do begrudge my sorbet going in half an hour..... the next lot, made for a dinner party following year, was sculpted in to various shapes and designs, unknown until proudly presented to my guests at the table, not one part unlicked..... guess who ate all that lot too. One tub a year needs guarding, or else I need more backcurrant bushes! Safe journey boys ~ SOOOOOO looking forward to seeing you ~ even stole your pillows BACK off your sister's bed and ironed (yes ironed) your duvet! Don't forget to keep exercising those leg muscles ~ what else can I worry about? You are the best, Wilma. See you very soon. Mumxxxx

Just come across a different sort of rugby news from Jill & Barry's reports - gruesome!
Hope you're having a wonderful last few days, boys - can't believe it's nearly time for you to come home again, it's gone so quickly. You've been doing such exciting things in that time and I don't seem to have done anything!
Another beautiful morning here - the carpark is submerged and any minute now I expect to see ducks swimming past my window... You guys will all be bronzed and beautiful and we shall all be pale and damp and wrinkly from all the water - not a good look! Still, looking on the bright side, at least we haven't had a hosepipe ban - yet!
So where is everyone? I keep looking for messages and there are hardly any - this is our last chance, people!! I shall miss the messages brightening up my day - and I shall have to resort to using the telephone to find out what's going on!
Had to smile at the blackcurrant sorbet message - would you really grudge your long-lost prodigal son (and his friend!) your last tub of hand-crafted homegrown sorbet, MrsWillsMum?!! And I'm wondering if the skirt and jacket in the laundry basket might turn out to be a shirt & jacket - although if so the entertainment value would be severely reduced... my mind is boggling at the image conjured up!!
I hope you're bringing back the Rupert trousers! Had forgotten all about them! Those first photos seem a long time ago now, even though the whole time has gone fast - and don't ask me to explain the logic of that, because I can't! Can't wait to see you back safely and marvel at the changes!!
Lotsalove - Gm / J xxx Hmm, as an afterthought, that sounds as if I'm hoping that you've changed. It wasn't meant to come out like that. Honest.

Hi Ian! This is the last Rugby update before you come home!! We watched the All Blacks v South Africa yesterday morning. The first half was uninspiring with the half-time score of 9-6 to the All Blacks - all penalties. However, in the second half the All Blacks stepped up a gear or two and the final score was 33-6 to them. It was not as one-sided as the score suggests, though, and the second half was good to watch!
Would you try to bring back some good weather when you return please? We are fed up with the dull, wet and sometimes chilly weather we are having. When is summer coming? We have only had two good days this week!!
Safe journey to you all. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Love N & P xxx

Hey Will and the Boys ~ hope you haven't given up looking at the messages, otherwise you're going to miss out on this important piece of news: the blackcurrants have ripened and have just been picked. As I type, they are freezing sorbet style. At this point I want to remind Will and Ian that they travelled from Dorset (5 years ago), have painstakingly grown, produced fruit, ripened, been carefully picked and washed and made in to sorbet, whisked every hour. This time I DO NOT want the entire container taken upstairs with 2 spoons and demolished in less than half an hour......The Tropical squash is in the cupboard, the marmite on the bread bin, bacon in the fridge, wraps in the cupboard ....nearly ready for you to return....but I'm still not going to wash the remaining item in your laundry basket ~ the skirt and jacket you wore at your last Old Pats rugby match....The R&C are desperate for you guys to come and do some lifting (?) and Gem's lined up some other work.....You're definitely going to miss Aus!
Hope all's well. See you soon. Lossa lossa lurv. Mumxxxxx

Hi Ian, Love the photos, such a treat to see you enjoying the sun after all of our cloudy skies. Looks like you are all having the time of your lives. Can't believe you're looking forward to coming back home - but it will be great to see you all the same. Not a fan of the speedos by the way but at least they aren't white! That would be even worse! Take care and bring some sunshine home with you. Love from us all.

Oh Nana Jill!! You'll ruin my reputation! Definitely not hooked on them, but certainly concerned about the additional people now sharing them! It was meant to be an ironic 'oh good' complete with roll of eyes !! I'd be happier if I thought they were seeing the inside of a washing machine on a regular basis! (Cripes, I sound like my mother!)
Glad you liked the photos, and I have to say that you were not the only ones there 'in spirit' - in fact some people spent a good part of the evening in spirits - a whole bottle of them no less!
Jill & Barry
Hi Ian! Just spent some time looking at your latest photos - they are very good and entertaining in the bargain. It seems that Jane is now the one hooked on Speedos!!! Enjoy the rest of your adventure, and safe journey home. Love always, N & P xx

Hey Ian looks like your having a great time you must nearly be in Cairns remember to stay at Gilligans its the best place in Cairns. A night out in the woolshed is an experience to!
Hope that you get out on the reef and make the most of your time out there as it will be strange when you get back.
Do as much as you can mate and i look forward to seeing you soon.
have fun Ben

Aha! Messages! So there are people still alive out there apart from me and Nana Jill! I was beginning to wonder if everyone else was still too hungover to operate the computer...
Great photos boys, you've obviously been busy doing lots of stuff and - oh good!(?) more Speedo photos...
Talking of washing things, Ben smelled perfectly fine at KEv's party so I would hazard a guess that someone has washed his hoodie, although I'm guessing that it might have been Auntie MAggie..!
Ian, what has happened to all your hair?! Must be all the sun that's shrunk it... Can't believe you're looking forward to coming home! HAven't you heard about the weather? And you'll all be working like slaves for the rest of the summer too, to refill the coffers before uni. Still, after camping and digging your own toilets I suppose uni accommodation won't seem so bad! At least you get indoor plumbing there, I believe.
Going now, lunchtime is over for another day - take care everyone, lots of love and see you soon! GMxxx
