Kalbarri was a lovely seaside town, it had lots of walking tracks, lots of places to go fishing. Jim caught a couple of nice tailor here and we enjoyed a feed for tea. We arrived at Denham yesterday and for about the first 200 kms we couldn't believe how many emus and goats we saw wandering the roads we even saw a couple of lizards who were trying to cross the road some made it, some didn't, a bit different than roos and livestock that we have previously seen. After arriving we went to the tourist information centre to find out what was around the town. We had one of Canarvon's famous frozen chocolate coated bananas, it was yummy. The lady there told us that the Xmas market was on that night so we decided to go down for a look. Coral Bay is a lovely little seaside town along the Ningaloo Reef so Jim had another opportunity to do some more snorkelling and enjoyed it very much. The park we stayed at was within walking distance to the beach which was great as we were really enjoying being near the water. Driving towards Exmouth we suddenly began to see stray sheep along the roads and of course the would come across in front of you at the last minute. We decided to stay in Exmouth for about 4 days. It was a spread out town with a lot of new developement happening.
