We left Leh very early Saturday to allow enough time to navigate the 5 separate security checks .... had my spare camera batteries confiscated!!! 17/8 Early start to our last day in Leh! Once again we ride along the challenging, death defying roads of India - this time we wind to the top of the worlds third highest roadway (and worst toilet so far!!) enroute to Panong Lake. Once at the top the altitude bit me again and I took a visit to the army medical centre feeling very poorly!
