M paying for lunch - I joke not. Zimbabwe currency has simply imploded. Lunch of two toasted sandwiches and two coffees costed $2 million Zim Dollars. Notes of $50,000 dollars is the norm and even these have a use-by date of not more than 10 months ahead so that the currency can be recallibrated again to account to the inflation rate of somewhere round 1000 percent. Amazing stuff but sad to see such a great country brought to its knees.
