All of the 'freshies' (new students) had to wear bibs for the first week. Even though we are third year students, we still had to wear the bibs because it was our first time at JCU. Lame. In addition, Australians start college at age 17.... so everyone thought we were 17. Other colleges had to wear chef's hats, headbands, and buckets on their heads. Second year and above students are called Fossils. No one knew what I was talking about when I said I was a junior.
