This is just down the street from our flat...maybe a 10-minute walk...and was built in 1996 as an office complex to mark the spot Prague was accidentally bombed and leveled during WWII. Allies thought they were bombing Dresden...it is known as the Fred & Ginger Building (yes, for Fred Estaire & Ginger Rogers) and was designed by a California architect. Who knew?!
