Hey Everyone,
This is my first blog! Now beein thailand for four days, and had an amazing experience already. Bangkok wasn't really the culture shock people said it would be, was very busy but nothing i wouldnt expect, the only disappointing thing was that our swimming pool was closed. We stayed in bangkok for two nights, then got a night train down to phuket, now that was a culture shock. Sleeping on a rattley old train, with a stinky blanket, dirty pillows, and the opposite end of the train to Leonie and Mary!! ahh i didnt sleep for the whole 18hr journey, arrived in phuket, and its pissing it down!!! we love monsoon season! But less of the lows, the highs, went to tiger temple, where supposidly the tigers are so tame u can touch them, I did the tourist bit and touched them and had some tacky photos but hated every minute of it, i'm sure they were drugged so people could get close, and the monks that have raised them are just looky looky men trying to sell u some souveniers, but it was so amazing to get close.
We went to the floating markets, i loved it. Some thai lady pushed us all around on the boat, i didnt buy much, every stall had the same stuff, frogs that u rub and stick up their back and its supposed to sound like a frog noise, but it was so much fun!
Anyways times running out on the computer and we've got to get ready for our first night out!! woohoo loving the cheap bevys,!
missing everyone!!
