hi jen, Well I'm finally back in office today after travelling round the country for the last 3 weeks so was able to at last have a look at your blog and hear all your news. You sound to be having a fantastic time and i love all the pics, the sunrise one was amazing! shame about the negatives but sounds like the positives make up for it! Glad to see you've found a beer that you like and have made lots of friends.

Was talking about you today at hospital, went to have the injection in my shoulder but they can't do it, believe it or not I now have a torn ligament that is going to need surgery!! I was shocked! Just glad I had the ultrasound or they wouldn't have known! Doctor couldn't believe you've had to go all the way to Nepal to get a physio job!!

Jen, Just want to say - don't worry about intruding in ceremonies. They do not have the same idea of personal privacy as we do in the west. Have you not noticed your personal "space" around you dissapear as you are constantly barged about? Or queuing for something, people will just push up until they are touching you. Our concept of privacy is unheard of that is why your guide would have openly told you photos were alright. I know it seems weird at first but trust me on this one. As for the smell you will not even notice it soon, Bangkok smells of incence & two stroke petrol that the Tuk Tuks run on. It made me feel sick with the fumes, but now whwn I arrive I take a deep breath & think "okay back in Bangkok then". Your snot and bogeys are black there because of the fumes.
