Fab website.
Have emailed you re the Managment Company meeting we had last week - if all goes to plan you really won't recognise the place when you get back!

Hello to you both,
Wow, what a read! Perfect for a friday afternoon. Sounds like you're having a great action packed adventure, i'm very envious! All is well up in Manc land, we've just got back from a few days in Verbier, tried skiing for the first time and have the bruises to show for it! Particularly enjoyed the vin chaud up the mountain! Other news, just had an offer accepted on a house so we're finally getting on the property ladder, should be in by May, fingers crossed!
Lovely to read about your adventures, will continue to do so.
Lots of love xx
P.S Where will you be on Mother's Day? Not Hampstead Heath for Michelle's Crocus Walk that's for sure!
Emily

Hi there, great site!! don't know if you're still in Saigon right now but when we're there, there's a restaurant called "Bun Ta" on street "Nam Ky Khoi Nghia" which we thought is not bad at all, even for a Vietnamese tastebud that I am. And my cousin who works in Saigon, recommends a restaurant called "Ngon" also on the same street, where she frequents with her colleages, also do great food.
If you've left Saigon already...sorry the message is late..guess you'd have to rely on Lonely planet for the next local cuisine adventures.

Hi Jen
Just to say that we think of you sometimes, and hope that all is going according to plan. We have both had rotten bugs during Feb, but seem to have put them behind us now, thank goodness. We had to go to Cardiff for Ann's auntie's funeral, in Llandaff Cathedral, and I took the opportunity and jumped on a train and went down to Portsmouth to 31 Chilcote. Dad was OK but is visably aging now. Where are you now? I haven't worked out that bit from your web yet, but I keep trying.
love to you both from Ann and me.
What time do I have to switch on to see this wonderful programme? Could someone advise ageing partent?

Hope you are both well and having a fantastic time! I have finally made it onto the board and it is great to read all your messages. All is well in Blighty there are some mighty winds at the moment could be something to do with all the staff in the office on cabbage soups diets but I guess its all good fun - it seems the size zero phenomena is not abating. I shall stop whinging about my job as smashed our target this month by £40K so I have won back my fundraising title of 'Goldfield' (also a play on my name if you spot it!) that I got at ChildLine.
I met up with Mr Glossop last night as we attempted to learn Spanish - its not going badly but I did envisage myself picking it up alot quicker with my Spanish/Pirate roots! We did have a laugh though particularly as we thought someone described a person as a 'tuna' then realise the word tuna and kind are similar in Spanish - maybe you had to be there! After a rather suave fundraising event this coming Friday (Youth musician evening on Psalther lane) I am joining Mr McSweeney an unlikely foe to see how many pints I can dirnk in the shortest space of time before passing out in his spare room, luckily poor Beth will not witness this atrocity as she is off down to London not seeing rude Muppets.
I am off to Gran Canaria in a few weeks with Chloe Esther et al - which should be a good laugh and shall enjoy the 3pm gin fizz time.
Otherwise all is good with me - I shall log in again soon Gxxx

Aha - Tash you and jack witnessed my TV acting debut. I trust that you were blown away by my oscar winning performance? My friend Imogen directs Numberjacks and was looking for actors of immense promise and talent... or alternatively someone cheap and so yes there I was being the victim of an unruly numberjack who bewitched the baker lady into giving me too many cream cakes so they fell all over me. Tune into Cbeebies to see me show real emotion as my blue car is spirited away by a baddie, I won't tell you how that turns out as I don't want to spoil it, and also sitting in a cafe drinking apple juice whilst counting to 10 in my head. That took real acting talent I can tell you!
So I expect you all to set your sky plus boxes to tape all of numberjacks, there are over 40 episodes ( Im - is that right?) and I am in 3 so you have to watch them all of course!
Missing you all lots but see how I'm appearing on TV just to keep you all on the ball! xxxx

Hello there.
Jen - Can you tell me why I woke this morning, returned from the shower to find Jack watching 'Numberjacks' on CBBC with you having cream cakes thrown at your chest. I was forced to avert his eyes and check legality!
I'm now waiting for tomorrows episode.
Rosie
Hey - I found it after all! I am determined to join your list of messagers just to prove that old bags can do anything they put their minds to! Jon is still picking plums in Australia. Keep on enjoying! Love Rosie

The monks collecting food in Luang Prabang made me smile. In my day that was called taxing!
Plus how many of those boys are there?!
Just having a look at Hanoi on google earth, I would take a look at the water park, that looks the business! Now where are my speedos? ;-)
