Hello everyone,

We have made it to Phnom Penh. We had a rough day travelling though as our tablet was stolen on the bus. Most upsetting to us was that the tablet contained our camera card of the pictures we were hoping to upload. We are lucky that we had blogged and uploaded most of our best photos. We have lost the photos of the temples at Ankor Wat and of the Marine Bay Sands Chocolate buffet. Pretty upsetting day. We figured it would be worth while to try to find it yesterday. Our tuk tuk driver took us to the electronic street and hidden market where we realized there are thousands of stores made up of what looked to be lost and stolen electronics. Valient effort... but no luck!

Anyhow, we spent yesterday at the Choeung Ek killing fields and the genocide museum. I think yesterday we felt very lucky to have lived such priveledged lives. Not really a fun day but I think it was important to understand while spending time here in Cambodia. Today, we are checking out the city wandering around near the river.

Tommorow, we are off to Ho Chi Minh city in Vietnam where we will take a plane to Hanoi. Hope all is well in Winnipeg.
