Mostly a driving day today, we headed down the coast to this cool animal sanctuary, and i got to hold a kuwalah. We saw lots of animals it was neat. Then we got down to byron bay and went to the light house look out, then down into Byron bay and got fish and chips and ate them on the beach, it was really good. So Just hung out around the pool and read today. Then we all hung out and ate dinner together and i hit the hay early, pretty bland day just resting and hanging out on the island.

KYAKING WAS GREAT!! we went about 4 miles and it was cool, we saw tons of fish, and the breeze coming off the ocean with the sun was perfect. Frank and Steve were in my group, and we had a big picnic on the beach for lunch, it was fun. We were out for about 4 1/2 hours. So we headed of the island today, last night was the most beautiful sunset i have ever seen, got a wicked picture of it. We drove down through Brisbane and went o the huge outdoor mall, and saw this funny old guy in a speedo in the food court it was hilarious. left the country homestead and headed out to the fairy to fraiser island. i almost missed the bus at the last stop before the fairy and let me tell you it was the scariest thing that has happend since i've been here, and i've jumped out of a plane haha. We got to the island and went to dinner and had a few drinks. We went back to our rooms and got ready for our dress up dance party. i went as betty boop, it was so much fun there were some really great costumes....
