After an amazing 4 days in Chiangmai we are on yet another form of transport, a 6 hour mini bus ride followed by a two day boat to Laos! The blogging begins!We have just spent a fun 3 days in Bangkok. After arriving at the hostel we filled our days with tourist sightseeing and came home each evening sweaty and aching...being enthusiastic tourists we wanted to walk everywhere but soon converted to taxi and boat services. The first day after 2 hours on the streets we came to the Grand Palace which was beautiful and so gold. We are going to have to beware of scams-everyone tells you things are closed...
