This guy caught me early one morning on way to meet up with some new found travel friends. He tells me this is the traditional way for vendors to carry flutes and other certain types of instruments. Not a bad gig...thinking I could return to do this when I retire :) Ended up buying one for a Honolulu friend after 15 minutes of haggling...Indian vendors love to haggle. He quoted 400 rupees ($10), but I got him down to 200 rupees with "aap haagle hai?" meaning "are you crazy?"
