Cool new map on your home page, Jason. I especially like the satellite vew and the way it can zoom in or out.
Hope you have fun in Prague this weekend--can't wait to hear all about it, and I will bet one thing you will NOT do is get lost :-)
Love you--
Be careful--

Lederhosen are like leather pants or leather shorts. I am not sure that I would enjoy wearing these. Also, yes the girl in the background is wearing a football helmet. She plays for our school team called the "Austrian Manhandlers". Very interesting gal.
Roger and Mark,
What's lederhosen?
Pam
We sure hope to see some shots with lederhosen come Octoberfest. Roger and Mark

ATTENTION! MY E-MAIL IS WORKING FINE!:)
Feel free to leave me e-mail messages right on this site on the "e-mail me" link to the right of the screen. I look foward to hearing from you!
A word of warning to people using the "e-mail me" link on this website to send email to Jason------I don't think it's working for some reason. I have a friend who sent him an email this way, but it never reached him. It's probably safer to send email directly to his wichita.edu address.
Jason---hope your classes are going well. We all loved your pictures of the boat excursion and visiting the castle. It looks like you and your new international friends had a terrific time. I look forward to hearing about more trips you all get to take!

Hey Jason! I am so excited and jealous for you!!! You make me so homesick for Spain and Murcia. I know you are going to have the time of your life! Everything you talk about in your entries are the same experiences and feelings I went through and it is so fun to see someone else's study abroad experience. I am so excited for you, I can't wait til you get to know some new buds and start to really get busy with your german!!! It is very tough but it sounds like you have plenty of english outlets, just be careful, the worse thing you can do is let yourself get away with too much english!! You will regret it if you don't force yourself to bite the bullet and speak as much german as possible, broken or not, you are going to sound silly but everyone will know that you aren't silly, just foreign. they will understand and really appriciate your effort and usually they try to help out. Sorry, i guess i am writing a bit of a long message here but i get soooooo enthusiastic about traveling. I can't wait to take off again, but i gotta graduate first. I will try to keep reading your posts to make sure you're not getting yourself into trouble!!!! hasta luego amigo!

I am so glad that your Mom shared this site with us! The pictures are great! It looks like you are really having a good time! Keep em coming and we will keep reading!

Hey Jason! I loved the pictures of your bike trip through the woods and into the mountains. The little mountain village looked like a great place to relax. The woods look like a place where you should certainly get a glimpse of Little Red Ridinghood or the Big Bad Wolf. Can't wait to see pics and hear all about your river boat excursion! PS----Your dad tried to google this website, and it worked--typing in Jason in Austria.
