A day out fishing in Max's boat drifting along Pumicestone Passage which separates Bribie Island from the mainland. We caught some nice bream and introduced Sadique to boating and fishing.

We were surprised to find Renee and baby Ishaan at Max and Julie's place. After lunch we went kayaking and fishing on Bribie Island. No fish kept and a few dark shadows in the water limited our paddle time!

Heading north on the motorway past Brisbane we visit Caboolture and then turn east to Bribie Island which is connected to the mainland with a big bridge. After lunch and some shopping we arrive at Ningi (just west of the island on the mainland) to stay with Max and Julie for a few days.

We decide to stay another night on the Gold Coast and have a return visit to Movie World, where we enjoy the rides again and catch up with a few famous characters.
