The most amazing dish ever - it takes so long to cook you have to order it at lunch if you want to eat it at dinner! They take chicken or whatever meat you choose, and stuff it in a bamboo pole with herbs and spices and cook it over a fire for hours. Can't even begin to describe how good it tasted!
