Hi Jane
Been catching up on your blog - its great - very interesting and informative. You sound like you are having a great time - i daresay you won't want to come back. Its cold here too, but not anywhere near as cold as where you are. I was very impressed with the Kelly Services photo - you will have to wean yourself off your previous life (lol). Keep it coming and all the best. Colin

Hey Jane!!!
:) just found the time to read the blog, been doing 50 hour weeks for the last 2 weeks at work!
Oh I am waiting for your china news I am absolutely itching to go after watching Wild China, been getting comments from a guy at work that Yunnan is like the most unmissable place so I hope you will go there!
:( are you feeling better now? Especially with all that food with diary are you getting more tolerant to it again or are you feeling that you have gotten just so used to not having eaten it that it feels much worse than before?
Just watched a show on mail order brides!!
Going to Singapore in <14 days can't wait!!!!
Take care of yourself!!! xx

Hi Jane,
I love your blog...but i had to laugh about walking like a Russian woman, being determined.. so how many Russians did you actually push out of the way, really??? I know you did!!!
Miss you
Anna Cranmer
Wow Jane - i am very envious at your trip so far. My bro has been to Russia and absolutely loved it! He said it was more of a culture shock than he expected! Good luck on the onward journey and keep the posts coming. Dave is on a trek to London - he thinks that it is as cold as Russia! Take care! :-)

Hello Jane,
Hope you have a great time on your travels.
Here's a few things to remember...
1. Don't annoy the locals. 2. Always close the gate behind you. 3. Don't tease the animals. 4. Look both ways. 5. Don't eat yellow snow. 6. Avoid meat. 7. Don't run down corridors. 8. No matter how tired you are, NEVER leave packing till the morning. 9. Avoid sailors. 10. Always get out of the bath to have a wee.
Hope this helps. I never went anywhere without these rules. They were given to me the first time I crossed Biscay by an old salty sea dog named John Rambone, God rest his soul.
All the best,
david beck

Hope the packing is all done now and good luck with everything!
