We had a good run down to Invercargill, plenty of stops on the way and tramps over cliffs and beaches to see the wildlife, the wee camper is going very well and gets plenty of looks and comments. We booked in at another very nice site and met up with a young Indonesian couple who we were to meet several times more on our journey.
We had a lovely night with Una's Aunty Carol and Uncle George, their daughter Nicky and partner Neil came round to see us,Carol made us dinner Alison tucked in she hadn't had a home cooked meal for months.Carol kept telling me I looked just like her daughter-in-law,she comes from Glenrothes!!! and her mum lives in Kirkcaldy!!! I've got her address to look in on her when I return.
The next morning we went to Bluff, New Zealands lands end, we were going to go over to Stewart Island but it was a dull morning and the cloud was low so we just took pictures instead. As we headed back in land the skies cleared and the sun came out.
Our next stop was up the West coast to Te Anau.
