Took train to monorolla (favourite stop) and riomaggiore. At night walked around monteresso.

Hiked to vernazza. Bought foccashia sandwiches in Monteresso first. Lots of stairs but nice. Village was very nice, lots of views. Had gelato. Tried to hike to corniglia but couldn't find trail. Took train instead. Corniglia was ok nothing amazing. Up in the hills. Then took the train back monteresso. Had a simple pizza dinner. Then went to room. Had shower and deleted pics. Funny loud party of old people downstairs at bar.

In morning we packed up and left early for train station. We were Oma very full train until we hit Monaco then everyone went off. On second train from ventimiglia to Genova we had a nice Italian lady an old Italian couple in our car with us (got cookies). When we arrived in monteresso we found Enzo then got our apartment that night we just walked around and explored. Went out for a nice dinner with funny cook.

Went to Russian cathedral in the morning in Nice, but it was closed for construction. Then went to train station and activated our eurail passes and reserved our train trip for tomorrow to Monterresso Italy. Then took train to ville-franche. Very nice little town on the water, walked there for a bit then took bus to cape ferat. There we toured the Rothschild mansion. Had very nice gardens. Next we walked down to cap ferat and had pizza outside at a small restaura...

Spent morning in Barcelona just walking around the city/harbour area. Ate lunch at pans and company. Then trained to the airport and flew 1 hour to Nice, France on Easy jet. Was finally sunny in Barcelona. But cloudy with sprinkles in Nice. Took bus then train to Nice. Hostel/hotel is a couple minutes from train station in sketchy part of town. Hotel is old but pretty nice. Run by funny French lady who speaks good English.
