Had to wake up @ 6 to go to Moreton island today. Went in a 4x4. On the ship crossing saw jelly fish in the sea. It was amazing how close the ship was to the beach. The tour guide was from Moreton. He was 22 had 2 cars, a boat, and a jet ski, plus he was engaged. Driving along the island the tyres where like 10-25 psi (usually 42) the sand roads where bumpy but so fun. Order backpack, got number of flight. Checked out the art gallery, did some reading and listened to music. Walked near south bank @ night. Talked to the strange dancers (stripper girl). She'd had a lot of sexual experiences/ bad experiences. Did feel like I'm never going to find someone like me out here.

Change hostel to backpackers: free Internet, but it was a right tip when I walked in, the smell was the worst thing . Dumped my stuff and walked to the bank to sort out PayPal and bank log in stuff. Walked to Botantic gardens, and saw parliament house (old and new) sorted out moreton Island for Wednesday and Fraser island. Walked through the city saw St Johns cathedral, city hall, shrine of remembrance, king george square and after an age got to New farm park. Laid there for a bit relaxing before walking back to the hostel.

Crossed the bridge to south bank. Lovely bridges and walk along the bank. Checked out Stanley street plaza. There's a Thai festival, did a raffle won an energy drink. Watching various performances on the stage: cooking, dancing, music, herb details, sing (blokes dressed as women mining). Had a look @ the museum and a very quick visit to the library.
