Pho is a very famous and popular dish in Vietnam, so much so that there is a chain of resturants called 'Pho 24'. We made a concerted effort to visit one of them before we left ... it was an overpriced disappointment! You get it cheaper and better on the streets. FACT! AND we accidentally put aniseed leaves in it - bleugh!
