Loved the Sydney photos. Your fans could do with a little blog to help us put it all in context! Never mind. I look forward to following your progress up along the Queensland coast.
All the best from a still cold Dublin (but where hopes of spring and summer to come persist against the odds).

Hi Jason and James
Love the photos of Sydney harbour bridge and the opera house. Sydney is a great city isn't it? It was freezing here over the weekend so, although you have rain, the weather is still better where you are. Keep on with your adventures and photos photos photos...
Lots of love to you both, Greta

Hi Jason and James.
I checked our mini olympic lotto ticket and I suggest you hold on to your back pack a bit longer. "I owe, I owe, its off to work we go.. etc"
I was sorting out some washing and i found an old Gueanees (spelling?)tee shirt and a couple of pairs of underpants. This is the difference between guys and girls when they travel. Men shed stuff and women accumulate clothes.
Safe travels. The photos from Sydnet are great.

G'day James and Jason
It's Saturday night and the weather today in Belfast was really sunny but very cold.
I know you will be travelling tomorrow to Cairns. I looked up the weather on the BBC site for Cairns and it looks good for the week so you might be able to get back into your shorts :-).
Luke is off to Newcastle-upon-Tyne tomorrow to watch a match. Kenny got them tickets to sit in the Directors' box.
Hope you enjoy your trip to Cairns.
Will speak soon.
Lots of Love Mum and Heather xxoxoxo

Hi Jason and James,
The end of another busy week for me. It's Saturday afternoon and it's cold outside so I'm at home reading the Saturday papers and taking it easy. Playing golf tomorrow at Portmarnock which will be great. May go to the driving range this aftenoon to shake out the golfing cobwebs. Haven't played for so long.
I hope that your time in Sydney has been good although I hear the weather's not been the best. It should improve as you go up along the coast. That's great new about Fraser Island. You'll have a wonderful time there. I'm glad you're giving yourselves an extra week in Oz and cutting NZ a bit.
All the best for your continuing adventures.
Danielle

Hi lads
I saw a documentary yesterday about New Zealand and I was seriously impressed by the beautiful landscape and the wild/fun loving attitude of the people doing extreme sports. They were fundamently insane so you should both fit in very easily. "Too easy"
The locals will immediately identify with the tattoos you both got in Fremantle ( I hope they have healed by now?)
I seriously admired your nocturnal stamina in Perth and a couple of the local clubs have gone broke because you left.
You are always welcome here.
Safe travels

Hi Boys,
We're loving your photos, keep them coming. Melbourne seemed great fun with the Neighbours night and day and the coastal drive looks gorgeous. I am sure you are going to love Sydney - the bridge walk and so on. I am jealous! Keep safe. Love Mum/Gretax

G'day guys,
Loved your photos and can't wait to read your first blog!! It should be fascinating - Bangkok, Phuket, Perth, Melbourne.
I did not recognise any of the people in the celeb photos. Assume they were neighbours legends. The Great Ocean Road looked wonderful as did the MCG. Pity you did not get to see a game there. Maybe you can go to the SCG.
