On Sunday we drove to Lake Argyle resort. The resort is nice and the lake is Awesome. When we first got here we went for a swim in the horizon pool. Then we went fishing and swimming off the pontoon. Lachie even caught 4 fish. He was very excited. That night after dinner we went to listen to a man sing. The next day we went into Kununurra for a look. Dad bought a new reel, mum went grocery shopping and I got a book, the 2015 Guinness book of records. Then we had lunch at a park. Then we went fishing but we didn't catch anything. Then we went back to the caravan park. The day after that we went fishing and swimming off the pontoon but we didn't catch anything again. When we got back up the hill we had a swim in the pool. Then we had lunch and then we went on a helicopter ride over lake argyle!! It felt so cool taking off and going over the hill. The pilot told us a lot about the massive lake. If the dam wall magically disappeared it would take 4 years to empty out. That afternoon we went on a sunset cruise. The driver told us a lot about the environment and animals here. As the sun set we had a swim, some biscuits and a soft drink. Today we hired canoes and paddled a long way to 'jump rock'. We had morning tea there and jumped off a really high rock that other people jump off. Then we paddled back to the boat ramp and drove back to the caravan park and had a rest then had a swim in the pool. Then we went back and got ready to go over and have tea and watch the state of origin. Go the Blues!
