at the top of the green? That's a Brasov sign and the letters are 10 metres high. If you look to the left there is a vertical path cut out of the forest. That's the route that the cable car takes to get you all 940 metres to the top of Mount Tampa. The look-out area is just to the left of the white speck ... or Brasov sign.
