Hi Son
Just seen your great photos of OZ. Still good to see you are not wasting a moment of time doing nothing and relaxing; even during the night!!!! That's my boy... The climbing pics look great. I can see I am in for a hard time climbing with you when we meet up in Thailand in Jan. Better get strengthening those fingers. Still climbing a lot on the Chalk. Have put up several new routes with Toby and Bez. Last 2 Sundays climbing has been without shirts as it has been so sunny! In November which cannot be bad. Went to Spain for 4 days with Mum, climbed up a small mountain. Freezing cold so didn't stop at the top. Went swimming in the Med which is still warmer than English sea in the summer. Spent way too long in the shops though as Lucy came with us. Great photo with you and Mr Gill. I hope the Speech Day at Mary Hare went well with your contribution.
Love you. Dad
Toby

Hey Jesus! We have missed you and your wacky ways! up, yep we have made it to Oz so far. SO how's Oregon treating you? Also seen your family yet? We have been mesmerising about how you take millions of pictures of every little thing you seen that you have influenced me (smelly ass) to take a shine on photography! *grins* If you want some of our pics from Brazil, get in touch and you'll have them in no time (shiny ass) We are living up in hippy Byron Bay, you would so love this place - very 'you'! Even have poi lessons here! Andre is somewhere along the East Coast, trying to get some surf & climb @ the same time! Glad to hear from you, gotta love and leave you. Hey dollies! Wow, the Whitsundays Islands is the best - we had an amazing 3 days on the sail trip, stopped at one of the most breathtaking beaches (which I will post online shortly) at Whitehaven. White sand and cyan blue waters everywhere. As Aman mentioned about the reef, the corals were something I never thought I would see underwater! Altho I did attempt to find a Nemo but no luck - took some great (hopefully) pictures underwater. Now back at Airlie Beach, it's down and onwards to Brisbane overnight to head out to Byron Bay before spending the last few days in Sydney, where we'll meet Andre. (Btw, how are the surf out there, A?!)
Damien, I'm real sorry about the muck-up - I genuinely thought you would be at Kuata, which is why we intended to split our stay between the two islands. Although I did mention to Joe, who works at Waya Lailai that we were staying here and looking out for a Frenchman! Mary, the host told us that you had gone and we were disappointed to have missed you. However I don't blame you for not liking Kuata, seeing you like exploring things. We managed to entertain ourselves by climbing mountains at hefty heights! As well as going thru the woods (Andre did fishing, both day & night, saw reef sharks as well as swimming from Kuata to Waya Lailai - yes, he's brave but would have preferred you to have gone with him!) Manuka Lagoon was good but we stayed long enough. Good to see you post a message here - hopefully keep in touch of where you are. Off to perk up for tonight's dins with the ship crew x

Just got back from sailing around the magical Whitsundays Islands in the Great Barrier Reef. Unforgettable experience! Snorkelling was amazing, totally a different world down there with colourful corals and fishes. Great bunch of people we went with too, going out with them tonight in Airlie Beach before we catch the flight back to Brisbane tomorrow. Saw some photos of the Glamour Ball and you guys look stunning. :) Off now to check into the dorms. Thinking of you all :D x

Hey! your pictures of fiji are very nice!
How it was in manuka resort after i left? I hope nice, expect the weather i think...
When I left my last resort coming back to the main island, i was so desapointed, you know what...? 2 reasons:
the first one, of course, because Fiji time was finished, but i was not the main reason...
the real one is that i missed you in kuata! after manuka i went to kuata but i didn' like really this resort so left to Wayalailai after 1 night on the other side! thinking you were there because you said me that. but not... i learned on the yellow boat throught a friend i met in kuata that you were in kuata. so you were in my resort and me in yours! s***!
Have a good time around the world, and i m going to travel again throught your pictures!
See later in london i hope!
bye
Andre

Fiji looks just amazing. I like the idea of the night time spearfishing. Probably a bit warmer than off the Swanage cliffs. The surf board looks a bit small for me though. I think you are trying to compete with Richard Bulls beard and enter the contest for the 'Wild Man of the Mountains, competition. I hope all is well in Australia and that the climbing is good. Love Dad
