I finally got to Kuata. The people greeted us with singing again and ooh the white and soft sand, wau, i loved the island already.
I was really tired so i took a nap, then had dinner and went back to sleep again. The next was gonna be my day.
I got up late, had breakfast and headed to the beach. It was lovely and warm. I was just chilling and enjoying the view. Later in the evening after dinner we drank some Kava, the national drink of Fiji. It was pretty good, it didnt tasteas bad as i thought it would. When you receive a cup of Kava, you have to clap once and say Bula! which means hi and much more, then you drink the Kava and clap three times. We had a great time talking, singing and listening to the guys playing guitar.I was the last one of us visitors to stay up and drink the Kava hehe.
The next day i was the first one at breakfast. I again was just chilling for the whole day. Its tiring to just do nothing! I prepped my spanish a bit with Amilcar (or Brasiu as i called him) and then it was my time to leave. I was really really sad, but Mala gave me his contact info so that when i come back (as he insisted) i could call him and he could show me around in Suva, the capital of Fiji.
