1 MONTH DONE, 2 MONTHS TO GO It has already been a whole month since we arrived in Australia. Time seems to fly by, we are happy to have two months left of our fantastic adventure. KANGAROOS IN THE GOLF COURSE Friday we saw our first 3 kangaroos. Our friendly neighbour gave us a tip of having seen some kangaroos around 3 km away from our house. Thankfully my parents were in town with a rental car, so we jumped into the car and sure enough saw three kangaroos in the nearby golf course. It was funny to see how both golfers and kangaroos were completely indifferent to eachother. Unlike us that were very excited to see our first kangaroos ...

SURF DUDE Today, Bryan came home with a surf board (!). He had carried it the 7 kilometers home on roller blades!

KOALA AND DOLPHIN SPOTTING IN NOOSA NATIONAL PARK 15 mins bus ride from our house is Noosa National Park where you supposedly can spot koalas and dolpins in the ocean. Let it be said right away; we did not spot any koalas or dolphins which was a bit disappointing for the kids as we had promised them the biggest ice cream if they spotted one or the other.
